We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you—Africa International Foundation has officially been granted 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)!
This means all contributions made to our organization are now tax-deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, we are qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, transfers, and gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, and 2522.
💡 What This Means for You:
Your donations to Africa International Foundation may now be deducted on your federal taxes.
Your support continues to fuel critical work in renewable energy, education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and digital inclusion across Africa—while offering you a tax benefit.
You’re helping build a sustainable, equitable future—and now, with added financial advantages!
📌 Keep this in mind: Our designation as a public charity requires us to file annual returns (Form 990/990-EZ/990-N) to maintain our tax-exempt status. We're committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance—so your trust is well-placed.
